Meet Daniele.

My passion is helping people heal and create lives that feel satisfying, meaningful, and worth living.

I work to build a trusting, collaborative alliance with every client –one that feels safe, supportive, and focused on real change. Together, we uncover your strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth so you can move toward the life you want.

Every person’s journey is unique, and I tailor treatment to your needs and goals. Whether we are processing deep-rooted experiences, learning practical strategies for daily challenges, or finding new ways for families to work together, our work will be guided by curiosity, compassion, and a shared commitment to your growth.

Who I work with

I work with adults, adolescents, and children who are navigating intense emotions, difficult life transitions, and patterns that feel hard to break.

This includes struggles with anxiety, mood, and trauma, as well as challenges in relationships, family dynamics, and identity development.

I have a particular strength in helping children and teens develop emotional regulation skills, greater self-compassion, and healthier coping strategies. I also work closely with parents, equipping them with tools to support change at home and strengthen family relationships.

Practice

My therapeutic style

My work is grounded in attachment and psychodynamic principles, which means we explore early experiences to understand how the past may be influencing the present.

At the same time, I believe insight alone isn’t always enough to create lasting change. That’s why I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

This blend of depth and practicality allows clients to not only gain awareness but also apply concrete tools and daily practices that support real transformation.

Values

Guided by purpose

My mission, vision, and values reflect the heart of my work, providing therapy that is both compassionate and evidence-based, while inspiring growth and meaningful change.

Mission

My approach blends warmth, clinical expertise, and personalized care. I help clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity, build resilience, and create grounded, fulfilling lives — with practical solutions they can use beyond the therapy room.

Values

My work is rooted in clear values and in helping clients discover and define their own. These principles guide every session, shaping the tools I offer and the change I support.

Compassion

I create a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood.

Integrity

I practice with honesty, transparency, and evidence-based care.

Growth

I help clients gain insight and learn practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

Connection

I build therapeutic relationship that is both a safe haven and a living practice ground, where clients can explore, experiment, and integrate new ways of being.
Background

Clinical & research experience

Before starting my private practice, I served as Program Director and later Clinical Director of a comprehensive DBT program in Beverly Hills, where I oversaw clinical services, staff training, and program development.

These leadership roles gave me the opportunity to mentor therapists and design treatment programs for a wide range of clients.

Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience in community mental health and contributed to research at the University of Southern California, Columbia University, and Loyola Marymount University. These experiences deepened my understanding of evidence-based treatment and human behavior across the lifespan.
